We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on Science Outside. If for any reason you are not satisfied, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at scienceoutside2020@gmail.com to receive a return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange for the item(s) returned. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund as needed.
